Well hey! We’re Erin & Christian.

We know what's it's like to not have control of your bladder and we can help. Gone are the days you avoid playing sports with your kids, leave half way through an exercise class to empty your bladder, think that a little leakage with coughing and sneezing are normal because of your age or pregnancy. You are about to have an “a-ha” moment. One that makes our patients say; “that makes total sense, why didn’t anyone tell me this 10, 20 + years ago!”

We’re here to support you!

As a mom to 4 kids, I started this training after experiencing pain and leaking after my first was born. My OBGYN send me to pelvic floor physical therapy and after experiencing the changes this made I began to take more courses in the specialty. I also continue to take courses through the American Physical Therapy Association to practice the most recent therapies. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in outpatient and inpatient settings with a focus in the treatment of general orthopedics, orthopedic spinal dysfunction, neurological rehabilitation, and pelvic floor dysfunction. After receiving my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, I received specialized training in treating men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

I have experience in a variety of manual treatment techniques including myofascial release, visceral mobilization, and manual therapy. I  like to incorporate in-depth patient education with a hands-on approach to exercises for movement re-training into every treatment session. With my manual therapy skills and my knowledge of how my patients feel I LOVE seeing how I can help others find a new normal with less pain and leaking!

Hello, my name is Christian and I’m a board certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. I have been a physical therapist for 22 years and fell in love with the field of pelvic floor therapy about 15 years ago. Its been an amazing learning experience and rewarding at the same time. I love sharing all this information I have learned and watching lives drastically change.

I received my Bachelors of Science from William Woods University in ’89, Masters of Public Health Administration from Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in ’99, and Masters of Physical Therapy from Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in ’02. Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification May ’22.

I believe one of my strongest skills as a PT is the ability to take the Anatomy and Physiology of what is going on in a patient’s body and put it into a relatable format and that lays the ground work for patients being more consistent and successful in their therapy. This enables them to have an increased understanding of what is happening and why they are doing certain exercises or implementing certain strategies.

Outside of working as a Physical Therapist, I am a mom of 3 sons. I am almost an empty nester and about to go through my own transition in life. I love to exercise, I love sunshine, warmth, the ocean, drinking hot tea, and love to travel.

Courses for all women.
